The reporting period from february 2023 to April 2023, the rural women who were affected by the smoke in the kitchen were suppoted through various income genarating activities such as fruit and corn sapling training, training on using improved stoves, etc. MRC Nepal helps such victims by providing different capacity building training to sustain and maintan their livelihood in an appropriate way.They also supported solar panel for night lamp and mobile charging where there is no electricity.
The affected women were also provided education on the conequences of the harmful affect of smoke in the health.They were taught about differant diseases that can be obtained from harmful smoke produced in the kitchen. They are provided special training on the use of improved smoke which minimize the smoke and helps to keep the health in good condition. MRC Nepal and GLOBAL GIVING provide them al the necessities that can be helpful for them to maintain the livelihood and daily activities.Thanks to GLOBAL GIVING.
