Life comes at you in so many ways that you look back and wonder what happened and how it happened. The life of Noreen is something like that, she lost her sister to LUPUS last year as she couldn’t afford the treatment and complicated issues. Losing a sibling is never easy, the companion of your earliest memories and the love that never can be replaced.
Noreen herself is a patient on LUPUS and her future looked equally bleak but she is being supported by Arthritis Care Foundation & Fatima Memorial Hospital and taking medication (MMF) which costs around PKR 21,000. While she is still suffering from the disease, the medication has helped her from now developing renal failure and she can live a semblance of normal life.
Arthritis Care Foundation (ACF) is working in collaboration with Fatima Memorial Hospital Lahore and serving many patients who cannot afford the treatment expenses.
If ACF had not provided this treatment, she would be in a lot of pain and this has only been possible through the support of generous donors. Fatima Memorial Hospital hopes to continue its noble mission, please donate generously.
