Walking is such an essential part of life and we love to take long walks in the parks , running and jumping in the fields. We enjoy these joy of life and consider them a normal part of our lives but this is not the case for so many.
God has given us all his blessings and we should be thankful to him on bestowing them upon us.
There are many people who can’t walk due to physical problems or disability in the legs by birth, accidents or some other problems.
This is the story of Razia and she is a teacher by profession. She is 33 years old and is a patient of Psoriatic Arthritis for the last 12 years due to which she could not walk as the pain was unbearable when tried. She came to the Rheumatology department of Fatima Memorial Hospital which works in collaboration with the Arthritis Care Foundation and diagnosed her illness and advised her to start her treatment.
Given her family background, the expensive treatment required was not affordable by her family. Arthritis Care Foundation (ACF) is bearing all her treatment expenses and Sponsoring Enbrel Injections which costs around Rs. 516,250. Today, she is improving day by day and is able to walk towards a better life.
Arthritis Care Foundation (ACF) was established in 2001 and working in collaboration with Fatima Memorial Hospital. ACF is helping poor and needy patients since 2007 and has treated many patients till date. ACF wants to continue this cause but it can only be possible due to the people like you.
Please help us and donate generously so that we can help poor arthritis patients and make them walk again.
