Removing Dis from Ability of 30 youths!

During the reporting period 12 youth with disabilities (out of 30 trained youths) , who were trained in and competencies in Beehive Components, Honey Production and Money Management, are further supported to practice their knowledge and competencies in how to work with bees, how to maintain honey quality, how to separate honey from beeswax, how to render beeswax, how to manufacture secondary products and how to make beekeeping clothes and equipment. The project continues to raise funds from institutional, individual and corporate donors to support the 12 motivated youth with disabilities to purchase the most important inventory, supplies and equipment for beekeeping and to earn for living and dignified life.
During the months of October -December 2022, Misak, a young man with disabilities was given an opportunity to train his knowledge and skills fruit drying in the Dried FRUIT production business in Noyemberyan region. During the coming months we will continue to raise funds for Misak to start his own family business in drying fruits. By starting his small family business, he will have the chance to generate his own income and enhance his economic and psychological independence! He has an energetic spirit and potential to be as successful as he wants to be.
