For Peraj this is the middle of the year. The mentors and their buddies have been working together for a couple of months and the activities have become more personal. The one on one activities are now addressed to increase the buddies personal skills. Some times mentors see their buddies need more help in some personal areas so they pay more interest to support them.
We have been working closely with the Universities to give proper follow-up and training whenever needed. All of the matches have gotten their T-shirts. They all need to wear them while being in Peraj, and they really enjoy it. Some have painted their shirts with special messages or some have left them the way they received them. We want them to feel part of the program and also to keep their shirt for as long as they want. We have seen exbuddies wearing their Peraj T-shirts when they go pick up their little siblings to the Campus.
