YOUR first class of students at YOUR Nyaka Vocational Secondary School are already showing how excited they are to learn!
Every year your Primary 7 class is required to take the big Primary Leaving Exam. In the past, this test had the power to decide their entire future. It was used to determine if they would be accepted into the secondary school or vocational school of their choice. Students who did not score high enough were often forced to go to a school that provides a poorer quality of education or they may have had to seek out an apprenticeship rather than attend a formalized vocational school.
This year, 87% of your Primary 7 students received a B+ or higher and ALL of YOUR students passed!
Thanks to your new Nyaka Vocational Secondary School, ALL of your Primary 7 students will be given high quality education when their new school opens on February 9th!
YOUR support is the reason that ALL of YOUR children have a chance at a happy, vibrant future!
The more YOU help, the less likely these children will be trapped in poverty, unable to fulfill their dreams. Because of YOU they will not miss out on valuable education. Even though we are opening the Secondary School soon, we still have a lot of construction to do before it is completed! Your support of this project is helping us ensure that this class and all of YOUR future students will have the opportunity to get a high quality education.
Thank YOU!
