Father Jihad Kraiem, the guardian of the convent, reported that the community is hosting many displaced individuals, particularly women and children, who have fled violence and instability. The convent has become a critical refuge, providing food, blankets, and mattresses to those in need. However, as the crisis intensifies, obtaining essential supplies has become increasingly difficult. Local stores are overwhelmed, and shortages of food and basic necessities are worsening. Despite these challenges, the convent remains a place of safety and stability, as Christian areas have not yet been directly affected by the bombings. However, the growing humanitarian emergency makes immediate support crucial. The number of people seeking refuge continues to rise daily, putting a severe strain on the convent’s limited resources. Pro Terra Sancta is working tirelessly to provide aid, but we need urgent assistance to ensure the safety and well-being of those seeking shelter. Your support can help provide food, medical aid, and essential supplies to those who have lost everything. Every contribution makes a difference in this time of crisis
