Our program to supply disinfecting chlorine to welfare institutions and hospitals serving the vulnerable, since April 2020, continued through into this year. We served over a quarter million beneficiaries, in 27 prefectures of Japan. As critical supplies of disinfectant has stabilized in the market, we have decided to wind this program down, as our team shifts focus to other critical needs in Japan.
We want to thank each one who donated to this important project.
Our team continues to reach out to the vulnerable that have faced landslides and heavy rains in Japan this past summer, amidst the challenges that the ongoing COVID-19 crisis presents. More details can be found at the link below.
