Our program to supply disinfectanting chlorine since April 2020, has been continuing. Though supplies of disinfectant has stabilized in the market, and innoculations are progressing, we are still receiving requests from welfare organizations such as homes for the elderly, children's care centers, who are needing the supplies to keep their facilities safe.
To date we have served 855 institutions in 27 prefectures helping over 264,000 individuals.
Certain parts of Japan have entered a 4th wave, and there is concern about the feasibilty of the Tokyo Olympics in July, which the government plans on keeping on track albeit without guests (only athletes) from overseas.
We continue to monitor the situation, and provide support where needed.
Thank you for your partnership in this important projejct in the ongoing battle against the virus.
