The organizations of the Department of Latibonite managed to produce more fruit than they predicted. In general, it is done this way because they sometimes have seeds that do not rise (germination problem) and seedlings that die after they are put in bags. In this sense, they are always expected to produce more than what is predicted in the project so that can produce a reasonable number of fruit trees.
The Latibonite organizations produced 124,969 seedlings while they predicted 123,050, more than 100%. Organizations in the Latibonite are more advanced in distribution, but many members have not yet planted them in the fields because they are waiting for the rain to fall.
There are 313 planters who have already obtained seedlings in this second phase.
The second phase has not yet been completed. The next report will present a final balance sheet for the 2 Latibonite Departments on the number of seedlings distributed, the number of beneficiaries, and the area planted and the seedlings received.
