In today's technology-driven world, computer literacy has become an essential skill for personal and professional success. Recognizing this, Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN) has embarked on an innovative initiative to equip its trekking guides and assistants with essential computer literacy and office application skills. By providing them with valuable tools for personal and professional growth, EWN aims to open doors to new opportunities.
Acknowledging the importance of utilizing the trekking off-season a comprehensive three-month computer skills training program designed specifically for its trekking team. This initiative allows the guides and assistants to make the most of their time and enhance their skills during the slower months.
The primary objective of this training program is to provide the necessary knowledge and proficiency in office applications, enabling to create documents, manage data effectively, and deliver impactful presentations. These skills will not only enhance confidence and efficiency but also expand opportunities in different areas of life.
The three-month training program, set to commence in May 2023, offers a transformative learning journey for the participants. With a focus on practical skills and real-world applications, the program is designed to provide valuable tools for personal and professional development.
