Report on the Clean Water Crisis in Gaza: Thanks to Your Support, Muhammad's Family Has Access to Safe Drinking Water
The Gaza Strip is facing a severe water crisis, with most families suffering from a critical shortage of clean water due to extreme groundwater pollution and supply disruptions caused by the ongoing blockade. Residents are forced to rely on unsafe water sources, leading to the spread of diseases, especially among children, who are the most vulnerable to waterborne illnesses.
In these harsh conditions, thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide safe drinking water to the family of little Muhammad, who lives with his parents and four siblings in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in northern Gaza City. This support was vital for the family during the holy month of Ramadan, ensuring they had access to clean water for better health and relief from the constant struggle of finding a safe drinking source.
However, the need remains immense, as thousands of families in Gaza still struggle daily for their basic right to clean water. Your continued support enables us to expand aid and provide safe water to more families in need.
We sincerely thank you for your unwavering generosity and hope you will continue to stand by the families of Gaza. Thanks to you, life flows again into homes burdened by crises.
