Dear Donor,
The Gaza Strip, this small corner of the world, has been under a suffocating blockade for over a year and a half. During this time, life has become a daily struggle for survival. With every passing day, the suffering of families intensifies as stability fades, and even the most basic necessities of life are lost. Today, with the current truce in effect, a glimmer of hope has appeared on the horizon, but it still needs your help and support to fully materialize.
Thanks to your generosity and solidarity, we were able to assist the family of Samah, Razan, and Khaloud, three children living with their mother in the Musqat camp in northern Gaza. This family lost their father in the recent events, leaving the mother to face the responsibility of raising her children alone under harsh conditions. Through your donations, we distributed bread to this family—a seemingly simple act, yet one that carried profound meaning. It provided nourishment to their hungry bodies and a sense of safety and hope to their hearts.
Distributing bread is not merely about providing food; it is a message of solidarity that reminds families that they are not alone in this world and that humanity can still extend a hand in the darkest of times.
Today, with this truce in place, we have an opportunity to reach more distressed families. This critical period requires intensified efforts and contributions to ensure the provision of life’s essentials for hundreds of families who live without a breadwinner or resources.
We thank you for your generosity, which has given these children and their family a glimpse of a better tomorrow. Your continued support can mean the difference between despair and life for many like them.
Thank you for your humanity and your belief in the power of kindness to change the world.
