Dear Donor,
Greetings and best wishes,
Palestinian children are the victims of ongoing injustice that has lasted for decades, and they know nothing of life except displacement and exile. These children live in constant hardship, and their lives are filled with struggles that no child should face.
In the Al-Wahidi Camp for displaced people in the Gaza Strip, live two children who have lost their father in a tragic incident. Their father disappeared after a bombing while he was on his way to secure bread for his family. The children are now in the unfortunate position of being orphans.
In Gaza today, bread has become a distant dream for many of the children and families there. Its cost is extremely high due to the ongoing siege and the scarcity of resources.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide bread to these two orphans and many other displaced families here in the camp.
For these two children, receiving bread was not just about food; it meant:
A sense of stability during a time of extreme hardship, after losing their father and living in difficult circumstances.
Protection from hunger, and securing part of their basic needs which have become hard to come by.
A message of hope: that there are people who still care and are working to ease their suffering.
In such circumstances, bread is not just food—it means survival and the chance to live, showing these children that someone is there to help them in their time of need.
Your ongoing support of this project means:
Providing bread and basic necessities to many families in Gaza's displacement camps.
Reducing the suffering of children and families who cannot afford food due to the current conditions.
Strengthening hope in the hearts of children who have lost their sense of security and face immense challenges in life.
Every loaf of bread distributed is a step toward survival, a step that helps in rebuilding the resilience of those who are suffering from siege and destruction.
Thank You
On behalf of the children in Gaza, and on behalf of everyone who has received your kind support, we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude.
You have been the hand that reached out to help in a time of need, and the hope in the midst of darkness.
With your support, we continue.
With your generosity, we build tomorrow.
With many thanks,
