In the midst of the devastating conflict that has marked Ukraine's recent history, we have undertaken a vital mission: to train 10 local psychologists in innovative therapies focused on trauma treatment. This collective effort has led to a significant advance in psychological care, reaching more than 1,256 people who have gone through situations of profound suffering.
Through individual sessions and dynamic group therapies, which have exceeded 149 in total, we have managed to offer a safe space for those affected to express their emotions and share their experiences. This project has not only provided practical tools for managing the stress and emotional aftermath of war, but has also contributed to the creation of a community support network, fundamental for the recovery and well-being of the population.
In this way, the initiative has become a beacon of hope in dark times, helping to rebuild the mental health of those who need it most and fostering a more resilient future for the Ukrainian community.
