Dear Supporters and Friends,
Meet Selina!
Selina joined Imani Collective in 2017. Before joining the Imani Collective team, she struggled to find consistent work as a seamstress, making it difficult to provide for herself and her two children.
Six years later, Selina is using her seamstress skills to create a wide variety of products at Imani. A consistent income has allowed her to cover the costs of living as well as enroll both of her children in school.
According to Selina, consistent wages paired with the financial literacy and leadership training she received through Imani Collective has helped her to develop further as an individual, giving her confidence in a better tomorrow for her family.
Friends -- this is why we are here. We are immensely grateful for the impact we have made together and look forward to continuing our journey by providing employment opportunities, skills training, and holistic support programs that help artisans reach economic independence.
We are thankful for you.
With Gratitude,
The Imani Collective Team
