Dear Supporters and Friends,
We want to express our immense gratitude to all those who generously contributed to our Giving Tuesday campaign. These past few months have been incredibly productive as we have diligently worked on the necessary paperwork and plans for building with the help of a local architect and government bodies before laying the foundation.
Our Artisan Programs have been instrumental in providing meaningful and dignified work opportunities for 18 skilled artisans and staff from the Turkana community. We are thrilled to showcase that our Flower Child collection, launched in February at Imani Collective, features beautifully woven baskets made by our talented Turkana artisans, used in our mini mushroom set and the baby doll bassinet.
As an organization, we remain committed to providing dignified employment opportunities, skills training, and holistic support programs that help artisans reach economic independence.
We thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and generosity!
With Gratitude,
The Imani Collective Team
