This Project is designed to cover the expenses associated with sports as an extracurricular activity, which promotes the development of memory, creativity, concentration and discipline in the children and adolescents sheltered at Hogar Bambi Venezuela, in order to ensure their personal, physical and motor development in a way that supports their integration and social performance.
1. 75 children and adolescents cared for at Hogar Bambi continued with their sports activities during the period 2021-2022.
2. 2 professionals were hired to facilitate sports related activities.
3. 132 hours of sports sessions were provided.
At Hogar Bambi Venezuela, we structure our activities, keeping in mind the age and gender of our children and adolescents whilst striving for diversity. The staff is also trained to ensure this appropriate balance is adhered to in the children’s daily practice. We promote gender equality and respect for the other, understanding that each person is unique, with strengths, abilities, and a different family reality, whilst adhering to equal rights and duties and emphasizing the opportunities they have inside and outside the home.
