Sewing sanitary pads for girls in rural areas is a wonderful initiative that can have a significant impact on their health, education, and overall well-being
Nourish Eco Village are finally completely done setting op our sewing centre with more machines so the can set up a sewing workshop or recruit volunteers who can sew the pads. Ensuriong that they have access to sewing machines and necessary tools. Empowering local individuals with the skills to make the pads ensures sustainability and creates opportunities for economic empowerment.
Trinity is regularly monitoring the impact of out initiative by gathering feedback from the community, alongside distributing the pads, provide education on menstrual hygiene management, including proper use and disposal of sanitary products, as well as busting myths and stigmas surrounding menstruation.
Remember, your donations have a profound impact on the lives of these girls, contributing to their health, education, and dignity.
