Send a Child to School, Gift for Life

Greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing children with the possibility to go into schooling. The Coronavirus pandemic has resulted in what is called blended learning with pupils and students unable to physically go to school but have to stay in their homes to learn their lessons without the presence of a teacher. Our support this time is rather different from the usual since the situation is unique and present a lot of gray areas. Learning during this time is difficult. We are trying to provide schools supplies, wifi connections in some villages and transportation support for learners. We are able to assist a total of 125 learners using this method. Dear Friend,

Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative giving education to disadvantaged youth. With the Coronavirus pandemic, educating the youth especially those belonging to very poor families becomes doubly difficult with them unable to adopt to the approach of blended learning and the use of internet and computers. These devices, we most often take for granted is difficult to access by the rural poor. We try to assist the youth by continue providing alternative livelihood to their parents and focusing on improving farming activities. In so doing, even if they are unable to purchase laptops, they are able to generate income and use the money in order to pay for internet time in cafes. In this manner we are able to provide support to 310 families and try to improve their livelihoods. Hoping for your continuing support.
