Providing Support for Indigent Children

Dear Friend,

Warmest greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative helping indigent children with their needs most especially food, medical care and education. This is indeed a daunting task but thanks to you we are able to continue with this important work. The twin problem of climate change and the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on the health and economic life of poor communities is devastating. This reporting period we focus our help to women-led households and provided them with economic support in terms of farming inputs and cash. They are the most disadvantaged and in a very vulnerable situation thus focusing assistance to them is imperative. A total of 12 women were assisted during this period using this approach. Thanks too for local supporters who provide material and technical support. Hoping that you will continue to assist us.

Greetings and thank you very much for your kindness and generosity in supporting our initiative providing support for indigent children. We are happy to report that during this period we are able to assist 935 children and their families with food packs. Thanks so much for our generous donor who provide support. Thanks also to volunteers and local leaders who assisted in the listing, prioritizing and supporting the children. There are indeed a lot of indigent children in our project areas and added to the misery is the effect of the coronavirus pandemic to the lives of poor people. Wishing you the best and thanks once again for your continuing generosity.
