Project Report- November 2021
Rotary Newtownabbey are pleased to report that we have raised £7,398 for new equipment for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice up to the end of September through our GlobalGiving appeal. This has allowed the Hospice to order most of the new equipment that is needed, and we are eagerly awaiting its delivery and installation so that we can share the success of our project with all our generous donors.
This means that we are nearly 75% of the way towards our target of £10,000 and we want to thank all our donors so far for their magnificent and ongoing support for this worthy initiative. Like many good causes, the Children’s Hospice has suffered from a fall-off of contributions during the Covid pandemic and struggles to continue to provide critical care to children and their families in need of this specialist service.
We look forward to continued support from our donors, with one final push to achieve our target and allow the Children’s Hospice to put in place all the new equipment that is planned for.
