We recently embarked on an insightful field trip with our Founder and President, Retired Rev. Rob Bollinger, and Vice President and Executive Director of Medical Health Services, Robbie Bollinger PA-C. During our visits with two community groups, we had the privilege of hearing firsthand about their initiatives to support Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC). We dedicated substantial time to crafting individual budgets tailored to each group's specific needs. Currently, we are finalizing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation tools to enable these groups to provide us with detailed reports on how our support is being utilized.
A significant component of these reporting tools will include monitoring the Seven Essential Services provided to the OVC and tracking their physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. Our next steps include formalizing our partnerships through the signing of memorandums of understanding with each group in October. Following this, we will conduct training sessions to ensure the effective implementation of the monitoring and evaluation tools we have developed.
In the meantime, we are actively seeking a local hire to assist us in periodically collecting these critical documents from the field. Having a dedicated local presence will significantly streamline our operations, providing us with real-time insights into the impact of our initiatives.
We are enthusiastic about these advancements and sincerely appreciate your ongoing support, which has been instrumental in driving this progress. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to our mission!
