Q1 2022 - Project #52173

By Erik Andrulis | President and Executive Director

Our project, "Help Low Income MD-VA-DC Area Get Veterinary Care" is advancing well.

In the first quarter of 2022, we have provided free spay/neuter and other veterinary services to 122 cats and 11 dogs from two low income area zip codes in Anne Arundel county, Maryland, alone.  These two area codes, 21225 and 21061, represent Brooklyn Park, MD and Glen Burnie, MD.  According to Robin Catlett, these represent the 1st and 5th highest surrender rates for cats and dogs in Anne Arundel County.

We have also fixed and vaccinated 142 cats from Accomack and Northampton Counties, two of the most empoverished counties in Virginia. As you may know, we rely solely on grants, dontions, and the support of people just like you to continue our life-saving work.  If you would like to help us help more animals, and help the neediest of people - the ones who lack the resources to give their pets the care they need - please share our project with like-minded animal advocates!

Thank you for all you do for the animals now...and in the future.

Warmest paws,

Erik
