The objective our films is to dramatically increasing funding to great solutions to the global refugee crisis and that is exactly what Hot Dogs on a Tricycle is doing. We just received an amazing impact update from our grassroots partner organization Asylum Access.
"Home Storytellers short documentary film Hot Dogs on a Tricycle and photographs are being utilized since May 2019 by Asylum Access across multiple communications including community screening, donors, foundations, and press releases. As of the end of November 2019, Asylum Access credits the film for helping them raise $118,000 and increasing by 8 the number of Companies joining Asylum Access' Hospitality route program in Mexico".
"Asylum Access empowers refugees to become their own champions. By giving refugees the tools to advocate for themselves, and by encouraging host governments to expand refugees' rights and opportunities. Asylum Access works toward a world where all refugees, everywhere, can rebuild their lives".
Please watch in links a short video of Lisa D'Annunzio (Development Director at Asylum Access) directly tell you about the value they are getting from the Home Storytellers film.
With so many motivating and important achievements this film is continuing to contribute significantly to help Asylum Access increase funding to the Mexican program that provides legal aid for Central American refugees and help at least 75 refugees.
We would like take this opportunity to say thank you. We are very well aware that all these achievements wouldn’t have been possible without your enormous support.
