In the #Eu sou Protagonista Project, we serve 64 adolescents from 15 to 17 years of age, as well as their families, aiming to stimulate personal and social protagonism by encouraging reflection and creating a life project. Below we highlight in the photos the main activities developed.
JANUARY: 01/29/2022
Theme: Introducing the Organization and Team of the Protagonist
Objective: To provide parents/guardians with contact with the main proposals of the program.
Methodology: Dynamics of the Monsters and “chat” with the participants.
The Meeting with Families was held at Cepac with those responsible for users, with the aim of introducing the Organization and Team of the Protagonist, as well as welcoming families and encouraging them to work together – FAMILY x Cepac. A Time/Indicator survey was carried out, reinforced Cepac's safety measures and protocols and awareness-raising about vaccines. We inform those present about the cancellation of this semester's OBB due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and the Organization's real financial situation. We carry out presentations of the Courses, taking into account the prior knowledge of each person present about the specificities of the Program's workshops.
FEBRUARY: 02/26/2022
Theme: Family Protagonism
Objective: To provide a pleasurable collective experience, so that participants feel captivated by the practice of qualified speech and empathic listening.
Methodology: “Icebreaker” dynamics - Wrist Race, to sensitize the participants
This dynamic sought to develop empathy, solidarity and create support networks within the groups, through a tap on the shoulders, in which the participants are in a line, with their backs to each other. Then we had the Active Listening moment, about the First Month of users at Cepac. And finally, those present were divided into three groups for the activity: Challenges and Overcoming, which aimed to reflect based on the questions: What is a family challenge? And how does that happen in everyday life? and What overcoming actions? - The main challenges raised in the groups were: Lack of Dialogue, Intolerance, Weakness of Bonds and Lack of Information about their Rights;
MARCH: 03/26/2022
Theme: THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY PARTICIPATION #EuSouProtagonista
Objectives: to address the involvement of the family in the Protagonist's path within the professional aspects
Methodology: User presentation.
It started with the “Balla” Dynamic, which through command; “unwrap the candy with just one hand”, led the participants to see the weaknesses and strengths. And on each side of the bullet, the FAMILY X PROTAGONIST analogy was performed, thus, with the key words FOLLOW-UP and CORRESPONSIBILITY, the listening time was conducted.
Positive result. Those present gave their opinions and shared their insecurities.
APRIL: 04/30/2022
Theme: THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GENERATIONS - #EuSouProtagonista
Goals:
• Analyze the types of generations;
• Conduct reflection on the points of view between those responsible and the Protagonisas;
• Methodology: Dynamics of the BLADDER – performing the analogy of being a “thinking being”, all those present should change places, and “put” thoughts inside the bladder without bursting it.
• After this moment of relaxation, a healthy discussion began, on how this should happen between generations, creating empathy and encouraging this approximation between those involved.
• Result: extremely positive. Those present gave their opinions and shared particular situations, in order to collectively build knowledge on the subject.
#EuSouProtagonista Interview Simulation - 33 users:
The Interview Simulation that aims to prepare users for interviews in companies through the experiential methodology putting the practice to a new level, this is a collaborative and efficient way to learn in different environments. The teenagers went through a fictional selection process, but with all the stages of a real process. Cepac used an instrument that provided the basis for the interview and the feedback of the interviewers' perceptions, so that the technical team and educators could follow the evolution of the adolescents with each simulation performed.
Simulation Result: 84% fit, that is, the volunteer interviewer would hire this teenager
