Challenges Faced
Financial Constraints:
Rising costs of educational materials and other essentials have stretched the project’s budget.

Persistent cultural attitudes toward early marriage and the undervaluing of girls’ education require continuous sensitization efforts.
Economic Pressures:
Some families prioritize immediate economic needs over long-term educational goals, risking the withdrawal of beneficiaries from school.
Impact Stories
[Grace Atieno]:
The parents separated and they were left under the care of their mum who has no job at the moment whi in class 7. Since the mother could not afford to take care of the two children, they were forced to drop out of school and stayed at home for one year. Durig this period they went without food for days and many a times their house would be shut due to failure to pay their rent, and well wishers could come up occassionally to help them out. We got to know about the girl through one of our teachers who lives in the same area in 2022, we paid a visit ro the family and admitted the girl to our class 7, gave her 3 sets of uniform and stationaries and sanitary towels. She did her class 8 national examination and was among the best girls. We admitted her to our secondary school last year , her perfomance has been good all through
Ruth Khavere
Ruth Khavere, currently pursuing nursing at a local college, is one of our beneficiaries from the class of 2023. While her life can be ranked among those on the brighter side, this could not be seen back in 2017 when we found her. She was timid, hopeless and engrossed in poverty. She got adopted into the Help a hundred girls complete primary school program, through which her fees was paid, got mentorship, provided for with the basic necessities and the motivation of being among others like her saw her completing her primary education. Through the same program she was enrolled to highschool after performing exemplary well in her Kenya Certificate of Seconday Education. She consistently did well throughout her highschool education through which she was able to acquire a full scholarship to the nursing college in 2024. Her story has really inspired other girls in the program and they all aspire to be like her.
Future Plans

Increase the number of beneficiaries from 100 to 4500 by 2027
Strengthen Partnerships:

Enhance Monitoring and Evaluation:
