In 2024 we are foccused on systems change and capacity building within the communities we support. The first months of the year we have been planning with teachers, mothers and leaders of the grassroots organizations the way they want to replicate our Nutriempowerment model, adapted to their needs and interest. We will continue working with public schools and local NGOs to transform their food environments into ones more healthier and sustainable.
Nowadays, we have a map from local actors in Soacha, Gachacipa, Zipaquira and la Calera, and old partners in Cundinamarca to strengthen the support networks of the communities and create collaborative relationships in the territories. 2 universities will contribute with interns and technical support in agroecology, that have us happy because youth will have an active role in the project. Leaders, teachers, women and young people will learn nutrition education, agroecology and finance literacy to replicate it in their communities.
