Feed Starving Children

Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your generous support to our project feeding starving children. We are happy to report that we are expanding this project to include additional of 3 villages from an original 2. We are expanding because of the need to reach-out to more children and because of support from you and from local supporters here. Our strategy is to provide vegetable seeds and other gardening inputs this time that farmers can raise in their homes and in so doing ensure the local provision of food for the families. We provide technical assistance too to our beneficiaries in order to ensure that crops grow well. We are able to support 135 families in this manner during this reporting period. Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your donation to our project feeding starving children. We are happy to report that more of our beneficiaries want to grow food in order to sustain their effort to sustain food production in the home. We still do provision to children of food supply but we are finding-out that one of the best solution to food insecurity and hunger is to promote the growing of food by farmers and their families. Older children are also encouraged to participate in the food growing activity and this is a good sign since we encourage young people to have passion in farming. Your support is important so that we are able to scale-up this activity. We were able to provide seeds and seedlings to 70 families during this time.
