ENGLISH VERSION:
We want to share the progress made with “Mujeres ROFÉ”, a program we began to conceive with great enthusiasm in the first half of last year, and which we made a reality with the pilot that took place between October and December 2021, in which 30 women entrepreneurs from different regions of Colombia participated in.
This is what has happened since then:
December 2021:
After completing the workshops on Mindfulness, Essential Skills, Entrepreneurship and Personal Finance- that are part of the program- and which we had described in the previous report, we continued providing consulting services to women entrepreneurs who successfully completed the entrepreneurship workshop and who expressly requested support with this consultancy. This assessment consisted of three sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, in which the business ideas proposed by the women were studied and validated by mentors.
January 2022:
In the first two weeks of January 2022, personal interviews were carried out with 17 of the 30 women who were part of the pilot. During each interview, it was possible to go in depth into the women´s perception of the pilot, covering different topics both regarding the APP and its 4 fronts ( Network , Opportunity , Training and Entrepreneurship ), as well as the training workshops.
In the interviews, the participants expressed that being part of the pilot was a very good experience, which helped them with the management of emotions and both personal and professional growth, which allows them to have a transformative development and become entrepreneurs, since they strengthened knowledge and were enriched with new training topics. 100% of the women interviewed answered that they would recommend the program to their relatives and acquaintances.
As a result, a very good feedback was obtained that allowed us to make adjustments and improvements to the APP, to the content of its fronts and in general to the “Mujeres ROFÉ” program.
February 2022:
The official launch of the "Mujeres ROFÉ" App was made, opening the inscriptions so that women interested in being part of the community could do so.
The development of the web environment began in order to reach more women, women who can access the benefits through a computer or mobile device in case they do not have the possibility of downloading the App. We closed the first month with 100 women registered to community.
March 2022:
To date, more than 500 women are registered, and some of them have already started with the first Mindfulness workshop that we will carry out this year. This figure has widely exceeded the expectations that were held, demonstrating the success of the pilot, the great reception of the program and the interest that women heads of households in Colombia have in continuously training themselves to carry out their businesses, thus obtaining the self-sufficiency and economic independence necessary to have a better life for themselves and their families.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL:
Queremos contarte como vamos avanzando con el programa “Mujeres ROFÉ”, que con mucho entusiasmo comenzamos a idear en el primer semestre del año pasado, y que hicimos realidad al realizar el piloto que se llevó a cabo entre octubre y diciembre del 2021, con la participación de 30 mujeres emprendedoras de diferentes regiones de Colombia.
Esto es lo que ha pasado desde entonces:
Diciembre de 2021:
Luego de culminar con los talleres de Mindfulness, habilidades esenciales, emprendimiento y finanzas personales que hacen parte del programa, los cuales habíamos mencionado y descrito en el anterior reporte, continuamos brindando el servicio de asesorías a las mujeres emprendedoras que culminaron satisfactoriamente el taller de emprendimiento y solicitaron en forma expresa apoyo con esta asesoría, la cual consistió en tres sesiones, cada una de 45 minutos, en donde se estudiaron y validaron las ideas de negocio propuestas por las mujeres.
Enero 2022:
En las dos primeras semanas del mes de enero de 2022 se llevaron a cabo entrevistas personales a 17 de las 30 mujeres que hicieron parte del piloto. Durante cada entrevista se pudo ahondar sobre la percepción del piloto, abarcando diferentes temas, tanto de la APP y de sus 4 frentes (Red, Oportunidad, Formación y Emprendimiento), como de los talleres de formación.
En las entrevistas las participantes expresaron que ser parte del piloto fue una experiencia muy buena, que les ayudó con el manejo de las emociones y el crecimiento tanto personal como profesional, lo cual les permite tener un desarrollo transformador y volverlas empresarias, ya que fortalecieron conocimientos y se enriquecieron con nuevos temas de formación. El 100% de las mujeres entrevistadas contestó que recomendarían el programa a sus familiares y conocidos.
Como resultado se obtuvo una muy buena retroalimentación que nos permitió hacer ajustes y mejoras a la APP, al contenido de sus frentes y en general al programa “Mujeres ROFÉ”.
Febrero 2022:
Se hizo el lanzamiento oficial del programa “Mujeres ROFÉ”, abriéndose las inscripciones para que las mujeres interesadas en ser parte del mismo lo hicieran.
Se inició el desarrollo del ambiente web con el fin de alcanzar más mujeres, mujeres que pueden acceder a los beneficios a través de un computador o dispositivo móvil en caso de que no tengan posibilidad de descargar la App. Cerramos el mes con 100 mujeres inscritas a la comunidad.
Marzo 2022:
A la fecha más de 500 mujeres se encuentran inscritas, y ya algunas de ellas comenzaron con el primer taller de Mindfulness que realizaremos este año. Esta cifra ha superado ampliamente las expectativas que se tenían, demostrando el éxito que tuvo el piloto, la gran acogida del programa y el interés que tienen las mujeres cabeza de hogar de Colombia en capacitarse continuamente para sacar adelante sus negocios, obteniendo de esta forma la autosuficiencia y la independencia económica necesarias para tener una mejor vida para ellas y sus familias.
