As we step into 2025, we’re welcoming new challenges and opportunities for all of us at the Cabo Pulmo National Park Visitor Center.
Since the Cabo Pulmo National Park Visitor Center opened its doors in 2017, it has been a vibrant hub for more than 16,000 visitors from 40 nationalities across all continents, as well as our beloved local community. Together with our partners, we've hosted over 250 cultural, academic, and conservation events. Who could forget activities like “Exploring Your Reef” or the “Turtle Identification Workshop,” student exchanges and group visits, nature hikes identifying birds and plants, and the enjoyable movie nights? Each moment contributed to strengthening the conservation of our protected natural areas, fostering knowledge, and celebrating Cabo Pulmo's natural wealth.
However, sometimes things need to change. We’d like to share that, starting on March 3rd, our Visitor Center will close its doors at its current location and move to a new site. While the address may change, our commitment to providing the same warm, high-quality service remains as strong as ever.
We are incredibly grateful for your support and collaboration throughout this time. Your passion and engagement have been instrumental in our journey, and we look forward to continuing this adventure together. We are confident that during this transition, we will continue to create opportunities to strengthen Mexico’s protected natural areas and support their conservation.
This isn’t goodbye! We’ll keep you updated on our new location and all the exciting things ahead. Our mission to protect and celebrate our natural heritage is far from over, and we’re thrilled to have you by our side as we keep moving forward.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your continued support.
