Skeletal Set up of Patricias shop
Skeletal Set up of Patricias shop

Dear Friend,

In our Last report to you, we made mention of the shop we are setting up for one of our beneficiaries.  After her apprenticeship a few months ago, Patricia has been involved in both group and one on-one- training on entrepreneurship and business set up. Over the past weeks, she has been involved the in whole process of land acquisition, registration and building the store that will soon become her business center. She is gradually building the character to be a business owner.

We are also happy to report, that we have been able to secure a two years lease on a store to manage and sell our products here in Ghana and all over the world. Thanks to some of our amazing volunteers, We will soon have our ecommerce website up. Here, you can easily order products just for yourself and friends or for your store. This is exciting for us because as you have always know, our plan for the future is to be self-sustaining and we are steadily working towards it.

Plans are in place to complete a fully furnished library for our Community in Dumpong by ending by July. A report on this has been shared on our project page on Global giving - Book Drive For 500 Students in Dumpong (Link attached) We recently received  a donation of books from one of our volunteers and we can’t wait to share all the amazing picture of our projects with you in our next report.

We want to continue to say a big thank you for your donations which is changing lives and transforming communities here in Ghana.

As a reminder, i have attached the link to our wordpress page that shares other projects we would like to complete by Close of year especially in the 2017 highlights most urgent of our needs is for rent and to hire additional full time staff to help with the management of our projects. Thank you for taking time to read and for sharing our donation page with your contacts to support us in our projects.

Sincerely,
