Working with our colleagues ReachOut Foundation in Jakarta, we are looking to raise funds for not only WiFi but computers to be connecting the children they are working with on early childhood development to have access to the internet and our Digital Citizenship program connecting the children in Japan.
The PAUD SuryaKasih project is a holistic approach to early childhood development. By building schools in areas without access to PAUD ReachOut Foundation is actively investing in future generations by helping them get a head start on their future.
In the areas where one is reaching out to, there is not a lot of access to WiFi and the internet. 2/3rds of the earth's population still is without access and these children are included. By having access to WiFi and our NightZooKeeper software for writing, it can engage the children not only in their language abilities but their connecting with children from Japan and other countries within our online community.
Children born in the 21st century will live until the 22nd century. Having access to information means they can participate actively in the voices that come together to solve global problems. Teaching children to find the right or wrong answer but how to solve the "unknown" is a skill set they can achieve by being connected and collaboration with their peers locally and internationally.
