Expanding YouMeWe's message globally.
This project has been in the making for quite a while now, and it's gratifying to see it come out of the paper and take form. We want to extend what we already do in our homes in Asia and Ghana, but also try to understand with time what path we need to take to make their experience personalized by their needs.
We started to partner with 'Instituto Viva a Vida', a support home in Suzano São Paulo, for orphans, homeless people, seropositive moms, and their kids.
These homes and institutes are already doing an amazing job rescuing and giving shelter to those who need it, so we want to be an additional assistant, so everyone has more opportunities to succeed using the provided skills.
Our main goal now is to use the 7 computers and equipment we donated for Microsoft Office training and in the near future start to implement the other programs we have in our curriculum.
We would like to create a chain of volunteers and donors that are willing to go the extra mile to really make a difference in those children's lives. Sometimes time is the most important thing we can donate.
