Humanitarian activities to help families in need with food packages have continued even after the activity "Gëzoje për festa, dhuro edhe ti" which was organized on the eve of the holidays. During this reporting period, these humanitarian activities were organized on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr in the framework of the campaign "Dhuro edhe ti për Fitër Bajram", in collaboration with the Corporation "Meridian Express" and SPAR Market.
About 500 food packages have been distributed throughout the country for families with difficult financial conditions who do not have the opportunity to experience Eid al-Fitr the same as others. This activity was made possible through the contribution of Meridian Express customers who have filled the packages dedicated to families in need with food items which were 100% local products. Our volunteers were deployed in 40 Meridian Express outlets to promote the activity and guide Meridian Express's citizen-consumers how they can contribute.
The packages were also distributed by our volunteers, who managed to send about 500 packages of food items to the homes of families in need for the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
