On the brink of a severe cold wave, the SEMA team distributed safe heaters to the residents of Al-Safa camp in Hatay, southern Turkey, who are Syrian refugees affected by the earthquake that struck the region on February 6th. Thank you for your donations that have helped alleviate the suffering of displaced and refugee populations during the winter season.
This step comes as part of SEMA's ongoing efforts to assist the most affected and vulnerable populations by providing a safe heating source for 400 families, replacing the use of electric heaters that pose a fire hazard in the camps.
Our winter campaign continues, thanks to your unlimited support. We persist in providing winter assistance to the most vulnerable displaced families in northern Syria and Turkey.
