A measure of success of the Wings program has been our annual board results for Class X & XII. We have a 100% pass rate! All 22 children from Aasraa Trust passed Class X & XII Uttarakhand Board & CBSE board exams with flying colors! 6 students from class X passed with first division marks with Shubham Nag topping the list with 82.5% (honors list).

Shubham stays in Aasraa's shelter home and is a student of Government Inter College, Dobhalwala. He is the son of a single mother who works as a daily wage laborer in Dehradun. Shubham dreams of becoming an engineer.

In additon, this year we expanded our scope of work and added a new project to the Wings program. Dehradun's oldest school CNI Boys Inter College, Paltan Bazaar has joined hands with Aasraa Trust to provide after school tutorial support to 150 mainstreamed boys. This all inclusive program includes sport facility in basketball, badminton, physical education along with academics. All children are provided with a nutritious meal, snacks and medical care. Children of class 9-12 receive support in subjects like English, Maths, Science, Commerce, Accounts, Economics, General Knowledge and Computer Studies.

With our new project, we will be able to reach out to a new area and children who are in need of a quality tutorial program. Our aim is to bring them upto speed with the level of learning and education in private schools. We want to enable these students to compete fairly with others during college competitive exams and further.

With all our supporters and well wishers, we hope to enable all our children to aim for the stars & achieve the best.

Thank you for your encouragement and being a positive part of their lives.
