Recent visit by our staff on the ground in Moyomba district, Sierra Leone found appauling conditions where people, particulary women and children had to fetch water from. Speaking to them, we found out that, many are falling very ill from water bourne diseases and in some cases, infents have died. Many young school chidren are taking longer to get to their classes as they had to fetch water and leave it with their family for them to cook and wash. The opportunities are great when clean water enter the village. Many will have time to study, improve their livelihood etc. Apart from this, the projects that we have supported are doing extremly well. Its fantastic to see what clean water could do to people. The health is better, many are attending schools, mothers are involved in.market garden,
