Winter has arrived on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and 122 students are in desperate need of warm clothing. The government provided radiators in the schools are not working and coal stoves are not allowed in the classrooms for fear of coal poisoning. We need to provide warm clothing and wood burning stoves and wood for the student to stay warm this winter.
