Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing emergency support to vulnerable girls. This time we are in a very difficult situation because of the Coronavirus pandemic affecting even youg women and girls in our areas of work. This is unprecendented because previously the virus is affecting only the very old who have already some sickness themselves. We asked around and we are happy to inform you that a partner organization responded and provided us soap for use by women and girls and in particular to our project are recently hit by a typhoon here in Mindanao. We were able to help a total of 1,200 young women in this manner. Hoping for your continuing support. Thank you very much.
Very sincerely yours,
Michelle Frances

Initial support
Dear Friend,
Greetings and thank you so much for your generous support to our project helping vulnerable girls with their emergency needs. There is just too much need in the villages where we are working that we are overwhelmed with what type of support we are provide. While we continue on with our assessment in the pilot villages we are thinking of including in the program we are also doing initial assistance to those that need most. Thanks so much for your generosity we are able to provide initial backyard gardening inputs so that a start of 35 families will be able to improve the nutrition in their households by starting their vegetable gardens. Hoping for your continuing help to this initiative.
Very sincerely yours,
Michelle Frances Uy

Survey in a remote village
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generosity in supporting our initiative focusing on vulnerable girls. The Coronavirus pandemic has made our work more difficult and complicated as food supply in the localities becomes low and farming becomes problematic because of the lack of inputs and the difficulty in selling farm produce and transacting business. Many small eateries which traditionally buys farm produce from farmers has closed down due to the difficulty in social distancing protocols. This reporting period, thanks to a local organization we are organizing the feeding of girls in difficult circumstances. We are doing the baseline survey at present and will start the program next month. We will integrate this effort with that of your support and thus we hope to reach to a lot of beneficiaries. Hoping for your continuing generosity.
Very sincerely yours,
Michelle Frances
