“This is my family, and I am a part of it. I have never felt like part of society the way I do here—as if I was in a desert, and now I belong.” These words from one of our students capture the heart of Her Academy. In a year defined by war, trauma, and uncertainty, 2024 has been nothing short of unbelievable—but true.

The war brought devastation to every corner of Israeli society, but for our students—many of whom are single mothers and survivors of severe trauma—it deepened already overwhelming challenges. Financial instability, social exclusion, and the absence of basic safety became daily realities. Yet even under rocket fire, and sometimes from homes without shelters, these women showed up. They studied. They persevered.

In February, we achieved what once seemed impossible: the opening of our Haifa branch, despite operational chaos and halted funding in the north. Thanks to you, we duplicated our revolutionary model to serve a new population of women in Israel's nirth. Thirty-seven women enrolled—nearly hitting our goal—and completed 16 courses, double our expectations, with a remarkable 93% completion rate!

Meanwhile, in Tel Aviv, enrollment grew by 32%, and we delivered 67 courses—over 50% more than last year. In total, 192 women took part in our programs, reclaiming their futures in the face of fear and loss.

These numbers tell a story of resilience—but behind every statistic is a woman who chose hope. Thank you for making that choice possible!
