Empowering Underprivileged Youth

We are thrilled to share an update on the Vocational Training Program, supported by GlobalGiving, which equips underprivileged youth with critical skills for sustainable careers. Thanks to your support, four young boys—Md Taufique, Somnath Dolui, Safikul Sheik, and Md Anas—are advancing steadily in courses like ITI Electrical Engineering, AC and Refrigeration, Electrical Technician training, and Financial Accounting. Their dedication positions them to achieve financial independence and positively impact their families and communities.

Challenges and Next Steps

Challenges:

Language Barriers: Some students face difficulties with English proficiency.
Hands-on Practice: Increased technical practice is needed to build confidence.

Support to Address Challenges:

Supplementary Sessions: Additional English and technical practice sessions to enhance proficiency.
Enhanced Monitoring: Strengthened follow-ups with training institutes to provide timely support.
Career Readiness Workshops: Mock interviews and preparation sessions for placements.
Counselling Sessions: Regular guidance to develop professional skills, boost confidence, and ensure holistic growth.
