The program's comprehensive curriculum encompasses training modules in Spoken English, Life Skills, Values, Basic Computer knowledge, and vocational training tailored to the educational background of underprivileged and unemployed youth aged 18-25. Calcutta Rescue facilitates students' referrals to training centers based on their personal aspirations and preferences.
This initiative primarily focuses on vocational training and social transformation, aiming to empower disadvantaged urban male youth. The overarching goal is to enhance their employability prospects while nurturing essential life skills like entrepreneurship, professionalism, discipline, and teamwork. By addressing these aspects, the program aspires to contribute significantly to poverty reduction within this demographic. Life Skills and Values training aim to instill a positive mindset, fostering qualities vital for personal and professional development.This not only enhances engagement but also ensures that the participants are motivated and committed to their chosen path of development.

Kaikasha's inspiring journey from Calcutta Rescue's No. 10 education center at the age of 4 to securing a part-time position at an accounting firm reflects the transformative impact of the organization. Having dedicated 15 years to education, Kaikasha, supported by the vocational training manager Tuli, completed an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accountancy. Her commitment and academic prowess allowed her to start earning 8000 rupees per month, significantly aiding her father's income and supporting her family. Kaikasha's story underscores the power of education and determination, illustrating how one individual's efforts can lead to personal growth and positive contributions to their family's well-being.
