As one of the main examples of practical and impactful use of VR, the Virtll VR Travelling app has been underway in seeking more funding in order to make this a reality for those who are wheelchair bound, have places on their bucket list or for hospital bound patients who want to see the world from their bed.
The idea is to involve our children in the Digital Citizens classes to participate in the coding of the app to work on a real example of the technology we are all just hearing about and have it be a solution which can help society as well as emphasize our pillars of concentration around Communication, collaboration and looking at the world more holistically; even virtually.
