Cordial saludo,

Best regard,
We tell you a successful case that fills us with satisfaction:
The Copete Torres family has been linked to Pueblo de los Niños since May 2021. They arrived with the desire to find a protective space for the adolescents María Isabel and Juan José, and incidentally improve the living conditions of the family.
Custody of the children is held by their great-uncles because the biological mother does not have the necessary strategies to assume parenting; Uncles who, despite being older adults and with little schooling, have proven to be excellent protective factors, always seeking opportunities for progress for adolescents and regularly participating in training workshops for caregivers where they strengthen their role as caregivers .
Juan José is in 7th grade, presents good academic performance and although mathematics is difficult for him, he participates actively and with an immense desire to learn in the school reinforcement offered weekly by a volunteer: they solve doubts, do homework and review for evaluations, this has helped him allowed to improve performance in this subject. He also regularly attends karate classes, where he is a model of discipline, cordiality, respect and teamwork.
Her sister María Isabel recently graduated due to meeting her objectives. Her involvement in the Plastic Arts workshops, the Afternoon for Boys and Girls, Vocational Guidance and psychosocial care allowed her emotional stability and projection into the future. He is currently studying Gastronomy at SENA.
Thanks for your contribution,
Veronica Buitrago O.
