I want to seize the chance of quarter report to share our gratitude for your partnership in our work.

When it is time of reports, we become very excited to share with our allies (who are passionate about the same issue and have the same passion to build a healthier, more equitable and better world). Through your partnership we make the equationof building better work in its place, where our solution + your funding = creating a better world.

In the first quarter of 2022 Concern Organization had provide English classes scholarship to 20 boys while 50 boys need the same scholarship. These English classes are equipping the youth for a better chance of their future. The market place is requiring English language proficiency in all good reputation work places, so through English language scholarship for youth support them to reclaim their power and find a better career for their selves.

Staff Capacity Building: Concern Organization for Women & Children CWC

We thank you from the core of our heart for your valuable support. Concern Organization for Women & Children and the beneficiaries wish you and your family "Happy New Year" and hope that year 2022 will bring you a lot of happiness and joy to you.

As our organization, enters into the new 2022 with its Big plan that was called for the organizational Commitment through the donations from the platform of GlobalGiving to build world's more modernized & high quality community services

The organization in the first week of January 2022, in their annual general meeting; the members proposed and agreed to establish a capcity building program for the staff as best way to improve on their employees' knowledge, skills, understanding, values, attitude, motivation, and capability necessary to perform well at work as they are expecting the big plan to take-off either by February or March 2022; or when the fund donated will be in the organization’s account.

The areas of staff capacity building identified for training the include:

• Certificate in fundraising – it will be facilitated through online program

• Certificate in Social Mobilization and Development- it will be facilitated through online program

• Certificate in human centered design- it will be facilitated through online program

All the identified areas are expected to boost the capacity of their commitment to build stronger abilities to serve the community as well as themselves
