We are facing a real threat of losing more lives because of the cholera outbreak. Number of deaths has increased in northwest Syria to 7 cases while confirmed cases have reached 257 by the end of October.
Normally, infected patients experience mild to fatal symptoms of the cholera disease, which may kill them in a matter of hours if it is not treated. Your support has helped our specialized health teams provide oral solutions and vaccines and offer health centers to hospitalize severe cases.
Your donation has literally saved many lives and enabled our teams to perform their professional and humanitarian duties and bridge the gap created by the absence of the international funding to combat cholera in north of Syria.
