Urgent Appeal :Help the afflicted in Gaza

Dear Donor,

More than 80% of Gaza Strip has been reduced to rubble, and entire families have vanished under the debris during the latest aggression. Those who survived now live in tents that provide no protection from the harsh winter cold or the scorching summer heat, struggling daily to secure their basic needs.

While our field team was distributing food baskets to affected families in Al-Wafa Camp, north of Gaza, we encountered one of the most heartbreaking stories—the story of Ramez, the sole survivor from an airstrike that completely destroyed his family’s home in Gaza City.

Ramez recalls:
"The only thing I remember is a loud sound waking me up. Then, everything went dark, and I could only smell dust choking me. I heard voices calling, ‘Is anyone there?’ and I weakly answered, ‘I’m here, I’m here…’ After that, I found myself in the hospital. I asked about my parents and siblings, but no one answered me..."

Today, Ramez lives with his uncle, Saleh, still unaware of what truly happened to his family. He constantly dreams of becoming a doctor, hoping to help the wounded, as he has grown up witnessing bombings and destruction.

Thanks to your support, we were able to provide a full food basket to Ramez’s uncle’s family, easing part of their suffering in these dire conditions.

However, the need remains immense, and with the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, donations become even more crucial to ensure that hundreds of families who lost everything receive the food they desperately need.
