By Patricia Lopez | Executive Director

Dear Donors:
Thank you for your support of this campaign that seeks to bring support to families with children affected by COVID-19.
As of the last report we have only received one more donation, so the number of families benefited remains the same as the last report. We will be closing this campaign, soon we will create a new one that aims to improve the conditions of access to water for the safe return of children to educational centers.
For next year our boys and girls are expected to return to educational centers and we must guarantee a safe return through access to water and strengthening their hygiene habits.
We invite you to be aware of this new project.
Thank you again.

UNITED WE FEED MORE CHILDREN IN HONDURAS REPORT
By Patricia Lopez | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

To date and through this campaign we have received a donation of $ 2,469.52, which added to the contributions of different foundations and companies allowed us to bring food and hygiene products to more than 2,500 families in the most vulnerable communities of Honduras.
The COVID 19 pandemic and tropical storms ETA and Iota have affected the already vulnerable economy of thousands of families in Honduras, so it became necessary to focus all our efforts on ensuring that families with children from 0 to 6 years old were guaranteed as at least one meal a day.
We still continue to bring help to more families, COVID-19, the closure of companies and the loss of employment continues to affect thousands of families.
We wish on behalf of all beneficiary families to thank you for your support and we invite you to continue supporting the new initiatives that we will be undertaking to guarantee the return of our children to their schools in safe, hygienic and dignified conditions.

Thanks to your support, we benefited 2,583 families affected by COVID-19 with 355,600 food rations. We served families in the departments of Francisco Morazán, Cortes, Olancho and El Paraíso.
We prioritized those families with children under the age of 5 and whose parents had lost their jobs or income due to the pandemic.
We are now concentrating our efforts on supporting families affected by hurricanes ETA and IOTA. If you wish to continue supporting, we invite you to do so through the campaign that we have active on the GlobalGiving platform. There are still families in shelters and others trying to return to their homes and communities.
Thank you for your solidarity.
