Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative on business assistance to families affected by Typhoon Ulysses. Our country is experiencing severe changes in climate and these has resulted in the displacement of local inhabitants. Added to their misery is the current problem with the Coronavirus pandemic with cases rising-up despite best efforts by the government to contain it. This reporting period we decided to provide basic essentials such as food and hygiene kits to affected families since these items are the most needed by them. Later on we will focus on business assistance in the longer term recovery phase. We have assisted 75 families in this manner and hoping to assist more.
